Some people really help shape the direction your career takes.

For Gerard, Ruth Jones is one of those people.

Ruth has been a brilliant teacher, mentor and friend, and she played a big part in helping Gerard develop his interest and confidence in male pelvic health.

She was also part of those early London conversations with Maria back in 2017.

So, as London Men’s Health Physiotherapy begins this new Baker Street chapter, it feels right to celebrate Ruth’s part in the story.

Not as a formal tribute — just as a genuine, warm acknowledgement of a brilliant friend and mentor.
